The restaurant here was excellent with friendly staff, we both ordered amazing dishes. Liked this property because the staff were eager to help. Besides, the location was handy and easy for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of Dalhousie Castle Falconry.
It was all superb.

Perfect spot for a cozy stay!
I stayed for just one night and loved it! The staff were super friendly and Shannon was especially helpful. The breakfast in the conservatory was just gorgeous. I enjoyed a lovely walk by the river too. Just wish the music downstairs was a bit quieter since I went to bed early.

Great stay for exploring!
Just spent 3 nights here with friends, and it was dope! The place is comfy, beds were cozy, and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast choices were awesome, especially the pancakes! The bus stop right outside made city trips a piece of cake. Only bummer was the pub got pretty crowded at night.

Great location and delicious food
The meals were fantastic, especially the chicken curry and the beef and ale pie, both great value for their quality. The bus stop outside made it so easy to explore the city. The only downside was the noise from the bar during the night.

I appreciated the warm and cute atmosphere, with attentive staff who ensured my comfort. The cozy decor and the clean, well-furnished room. The convenient bus stop outside was also a great plus for easy travel.
Better soundproofing would enhance the experience.

We explored the nearby castle and took a lovely hike in the beautiful countryside. The food was solid, especially the breakfast. Plus, the staff was super helpful, giving us tips on where to go and what to see. The location is ideal with good parking and easy access to public transport for those heading to the city.
Unfortunately, our room was a bit small, feel cramped with luggage around. A few areas seemed outdated, like the shower connection that lost signal when moving about.

The staff were so friendly, especially the girl who served me at lunch and dinner. My double room was nice and cozy, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The food in the restaurant was delicious. It's a great location, just a short drive to edinburgh city centre.

The bus service was good. Meals were decent, and I tried Scottish haggis, interesting. A family in the restaurant asked for dessert, but service was slow. I enjoyed spending time in the beer garden with a nice atmosphere.
